Inspect for rips or sagging

Inspect for loose or broken hardware, such as
the frame and etc.

CASTERS

Inspect the casters for smooth rotation V

Inspect the caster for wear in the
bearings/mountings and for tyre wear or
damage

REAR WHEELS

Quick-release axles lock properly; lubricate if
necessary ( applies to quick-release rear wheel
only)

No excessive side movement or binding when
lifted and spun
