•
Choose the four desired mounting
locations from the roof of the van.
•
Remove the plugs from the roof in
ONLY the four desired mounting
locations to expose the holes.
•
Place sealant around the exposed holes in the roof under the rubber pieces to prevent
water from leaking into the cargo area.
•
Bolt through the foot into the exposed holes in the roof using a M8 x 30mm hex head, M8
lock washer, M8 flat washer and a rubber pad in the order shown. Use the rubber pad with
the three holes and place directly on the roof.
•
Be sure to place sealant around the exposed holes in the roof under the rubber pads.
•
Repeat on both ends of the cross bar on both cross bars.
•
Snug tighten, but allow movement.
