BASIC FEATURES
- The communication between ST digital phone and DSS module is an
asynchronous serial channel communication.
- DSS module is used the output of the digital extension of the DS Series Systems
and directly connect to the related ST digital phone set.
- Two-wire structure is employed for the communication between the DSS and ST
phone set.
- There is no need to specifically introduce the DSS module to the system so the
terminal number setting is not required. DSS module directly communicates with
the system over the ST digital phone.
- All required programming for the digital DSS module are made through the
connected ST digital phone and all settings are saved to this ST phone.
