Air leak
Tighten all clamps. Check detergent lines for holes.
Detergent metering valve packing not
tight or packing worn
Tighten nut. Replace valve or packing.
Filter screen on detergent suction hose
plugged
Clean or replace.
Dried up detergent plugging metering
valve or injector
Clean and flush.
Restrictor in float tank missing
Install restrictor.
High viscosity of detergent
Dilute detergent to specifications.
MACHINE WILL

Clamps holding detergent lines are loose Tighten clamps.

Repair hole.
Strainer basket plugged
Remove and clean.

Replace fuel pump.
Burner fan loose of misaligned
Position correctly, tighten set screw.
Defective control switch
Replace switch.

Check and replace or tighten wiring.
Defective burner motor
Replace motor.

Check water supply and possibility of air seepage.
Valves sticking
Check and clean or replace if necessary.
Unloader valve seat faulty

Check and replace if necessary.
