Attaching the outrigger broom
In order to avoid any damage while the unit is in transit,
it is supplied without the outrigger broom attached.
Proceed with assembly as follows:
„
Attach outrigger broom to side arm:
– Push outrigger broom onto drive pin.
– Secure with three hex-socket bolts (SW 5).
„
Mount side arm onto sweeper:
– Secure left and right side of side arm to chassis,
using one bolt, one washer and a locking nut
(SW 17) for each side.
Important: The locking nuts should be tightened
only so far that it is still possible to raise and
lower the side arm freely (hinged joint).

Fit round belt, ensuring that it does not cross over in
the middle, over
– drive pulley,
– deflection pulley and
– pulley on outrigger broom.
