The coin mechanism is opened via the con-
trol in the main switch cabinet of the sys-
tem. If the slot lock is open, the remote
control is ready to operate. The red LED will
turn off.
 Switch off the plant, turn the pro-
gramme selection switch at the operat-
ing panel to "STOP".
The following washing programs are avail-
able:
Stop
Interrupts the programme.
Basic position, washing tools in the tool
holders.
Note
STOP function is active in all switch posi-
tions without washing programme.
High-pressure wash
Removes coarse dirt.
Warm water with shampoo
Distance of high pressure nozzle approx 30
cm.
Foam Wash
Deep cleaning with active foam.
Only use foam brush when the programme is
running and after the high-pressure wash.
Rinse
Rinse off shampoo and foam.
Distance of high pressure nozzle approx 50
cm.
Hot wax
Warm water with paint protection.
Use after rinsing.
Distance of high pressure nozzle approx 80
cm.
Top care
For Spot-free drying.
Demineralised water leaves a spot-free
high gloss finish.

Dirt Loosening
Removes persistent dirt.
Warm water with special detergent.

Micro Emulsion
Removes persistent dirt.
Warm water with special detergent.

Loosens insects.
Warm water with special insect removing

Wheel Cleaning
Loosens brake dust.
Water with special detergent.
Max. soak time 2 minutes.
Application before the car wash and only
on coated or painted wheels.
Under-chassis Wash
Removing coarse dirt from the underchassis.
Washing cycle begins with a delay of ap-
prox. 10 seconds; drive the vehicle back-
wards and forwards over the under-chassis
wash.
 Turn the program selection switch to
the desired cleaning program.
 Inserting a certain number of tokens or
coins into the coin mechanism.

An invalid coin can be returned by
pressing the push button and removed
from the return slot.

The remaining value display shows the
remaining time until the paid washing
time elapses.
 Turn the programme selection switch at
the operating panel to "STOP". The
washing time will continue!
 Unlock the lock.
 Pull the coin tray out to the side to re-
move the coin container.
 Unlock the lock of the front plate.
 Pull the locking mechanism down and
open the front plate.
 Remove and empty the coin box.
 Put the coin box back.
 Close the front plate.
Note:
The front plate can be closed more easily,
if the locking mechanism is pulled down at
the same time.
 Lock the lock of the front plate.
The coin mechanism is locked (setting in
main switch cabinet) while the operating
time lock is active. The red LED lights up.
The remote control is taken out of operation
when the main switch is switched off at the
main switch cabinet.
The bases of a safe operating of the equip-
ment is thr regularly maintenance accord-
ing to the following maintenance plan.
