Using the FreeStar

Entering a Name for the Unit

This function allows you to give your phone a name. This name appears on
the display when the phone is in standby mode. The standard name is ‘DECT’.

•

 

Select ‘Setup’ in the menu and press 

OK

.

•

 

Select ‘Name’ and press 

OK

.

•

 

Enter the name using the alphanumerical
keypad.

•

 

Press 

OK

 to confirm.

When entering the name, you can press 

ESC

 to correct possible mistakes. If

you keep pressing 

ESC

, you leave the menu without making any adjustments.
