Step # 10
Slide back panels into back panel grooves on both
ends of the unit, and install 4 wooden dowels into
dowel guide holes on the ends of each shelf on
both sides of the unit. If dowels are tight, use a
hammer to lightly tap dowel into place.
Step # 11
Hang the left side of the unit off the edge of the table, or if you are assembling unit on the
floor, prop something up underneath the unit so left side is up off the floor, just and inch or so.
Take the left end panel, and line up dowels and toe kicks into corresponding holes on the inside of
the end panel. When end panel is tight against shelves, secure using 8, 50 millimeter hex bolts.
Repeat step for right side panel.
Step # 12
Lay the whole unit on it’s back, and install 4
remaining 37 millimeter Phillips head wood
screws into both ends of the toe kick boards.
Turn unit right side up.
