Changing Keeper settings.
11.10.1. Keeper settings
Keeper is designed to process and transfer mail messages to the Daemon
program that subsequently checks for viruses and disinfects them. Web-
Tuner allows you to remotely define the Keeper settings within the program
initialization file.
To display a window with the Keeper settings, follow these
steps:
1. Select Keeper from the program list with your mouse left but-
ton and by pressing the
select
button (for browsers not sup-
porting
Java Script
).
2. Click
the
default config
hyperlink that appeared at the bottom
of the
WebTuner
main window (see Figure 42).
The
Keeper tunning
window (see Figure 43) with the following items will
appear on your screen:

A set of tabs, allowing you to switch to the following pages:

The
main
page items allow you to define the Keeper
identification settings, the Keeper/daemon communica-
tion settings, and the mailers to be used by administra-
tors, senders and recipients included in the Keeper ad-
dress groups (for details refer to subchapter 11.10.2).

The
groups
page contains the list of address groups
and allows you to define rules for handling messages
