Potato Rosemary Bread

1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup baked potatoes, diced
NOTE:
Baked potatoes are to
be placed on top of dough
just before the ‘bake setting’
Slits should be made into the
top of the dough ball and then
the potatoes placed on top to
ensure even cooking.
Jam Setting
NOTE:
As a general guide,
a maximum 650g flour and
1½ teaspoons yeast are
recommended to ensure the
dough does not rise over the
bread pan. On the jam setting, a
maximum 2 cups of fruits should
be used.
Chilli Sauce
Makes 2 jars
