‘HEATING’ light not
illuminating
• ‘TIMER’ has not been set and is
still in the OFF position
• The ‘HEATING’ light may cycle
on and off during operation,
this is the automatic thermostat
light, indicating that the
correct temperature is being
maintained
• Set ‘TIMER’ to desired cooking
time (pizza oven will not turn on
until timer is set)
Lid not closing
• Pizza toppings are too high
and touching the heating
element
• Remove pizza from the pizza
stone, remove some toppings and
wait until heating element has
stopped producing smoke before
replacing pizza back onto the
stone and into the pizza oven
Top heating element
producing smoke
• Pizza toppings are too high
and touching the heating

Pizza dough is undercooked • Cooking time is too short
• Pizza oven was not pre-heated
• Reset ‘TIMER’ and cook for
additional time as per recipe
