Satay Sauce
Makes 6 servings
1½ tablespoons peanuts
1 tablespoon coconut cream
½ small red chilli, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons kecap manis
1 teaspoon lime juice
1.
Place all ingredients into the grinding
chamber and process for 15 seconds.
2.
Serve over chicken skewers or on
vegetable burgers.
Basil and Cashew Dip
Makes 6 servings
1 tablespoon basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cashew nuts
½ teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ clove garlic
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese, grated
1.
Place all ingredients into the grinding
chamber and process for 15 seconds.
2.
Serve with biscuits, vegetable batons
or bread.
