5.1 Draining the Bath
All our calibration baths are designed and equipped with drain valve for safe and quick
draining of bath fluid.
Do to extremely high and low temperatures special metal seal valve is selected, assuring
leakage free operation even at extreme temperatures and large valve flow section at the
same time. Large flow section is extremely important when replacing damaged fluid with
high viscosity.
Needed tools to operate:

Pip grips such as:

Hexagon key 6mm such as:
1)
Allocate valve behind front removable deck
2) Remove isolation caps (only for ULT models)
3) Use hand or pipe grips to unscrew (counterclockwise) valve cap
4) Insert hexagon key 6mm and unscrew to open valve (counterclockwise)
(Make sure to have fluid vessel ready!)
5) Always close screw clockwise after draining!
6) Always replace valve caps and isolation caps for ULT models
