and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of

12. The hardly accessible spaces around the knife as well as the basket and butterfly can be brushed
with a hand brush or toothbrush.
13. To facilitate washing you can use egg shells. Pour as much water into the bowl as to cover the
knives, add some egg shells, set the speed at 1, and press Start. Press Pulse several times. Switch
off, remove the bowl, pour out the water, and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
14. To dry the clean bowl, put a clean cloth inside the bowl, close the lid, and set the speed at 1 for 10s.
