WARNING - UV radiation emitted from this device. Unintended use of the
device, or damage to the housing, may result in exposure to ultraviolet
radiation. Ultraviolet radiation may cause eye and skin irritation. Avoid exposing
eyes and skin to ultraviolet radiation.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The use of this device is a supplement to and not a substitute for following best
practices to control transmission of infections; users are to follow those best
practices, including those related to the cleaning and disinfection of surfaces.
Do not operate with a damaged dust container. Damage to the dust container
may result in exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS
For UV overexposure of the eye, place a sterile dressing over the eye and get
medical attention. For UV overexposure of the skin, apply cold water or ice to
any skin burns and get medical attention.
