4.3 Preparing the OmniFlex Pump for Use
4.0 OMNIFLEX PUMP SYSTEM
Fill the Trolley with clean, cool water only
when using the
Pump Box.
To prepare the cleaning
chemical, make sure the Draw
Tube is inserted into the Chemi-
cal Jug. Insert the metering tip as
shown (see Metering Tip Selec-
tion Chart on the Metering Tip Bag).
Then screw the Chemical Cap onto
the Chemical Jug and make sure
the clear Chemical Line is con-
nected to the Chemical Cap.
Check Spray Line and GFCI Cord for damage
prior to use. If damage is found, do not con-
tinue until proper repairs are completed.
Review Control Panel. Make sure pump
switch and chemical valve in OFF position
prior to plugging in. If using with OmniFlex Vac,
plug in the Vacuum Cord into control
panel Receptacle.
Plug in and press the Black Test
button on the GFCI (Ground
Fault Circuit Interrupter), then Red
Light should turn off. Then press the
Red Reset button and Red Light
should come on.

To prime the Pump:
Turn Spray Line Valve
OFF, turn ON the Pump Switch, then turn the
Spray Line Valve ON, and squeeze the Spray Gun
trigger. If issues priming, call Technical Support.

shown. Chemicals applied in
the Low Pressure setting only.
Chemicals must be cleared
from the Spray Line prior to
High Pressure rinsing. To do
this, turn OFF the Chemical
Valve, then spray in Low Pres-
sure setting for 15 seconds.
