Troubleshooting
If you meet trouble while using TAMI, please consult the following prompts and
possible solutions. If TAMI is still in the fault state or cannot be used, please turn
off the power and unplug and contract the service center.
Users must not dismantle or repair TAMI by themselves. Damage of product as
a result of self dismantle or repair will lead to invalidation of product warranty
and the service center has no responsibility for any consequence caused thereof.

The footrest massage unit
cannot be stretched out
.

For the sake of safety, the footrest massage
unit can be stretched out only when it is raised
to certain angle.

Raise the footrest massage unit.
*
The backrest and footrest
cannot be raised/declined.
*
Ensure that there is object behind the backrest
or under the footrest massage unit in order to
prevent the anti-pressing function from being
activated.
*
Automatic position detection
fails.
*
Keep your body sitting in the deepest position
of the armchair and keep your head on the
headrest pad during automatic detection.

The air massage stops when
the chair is declining.
*
For the sake of safety, the air pressure
massage will be stopped when the angle of
backrest is adjusted, so this condition is not a
fault.

Please confirm the main power switch and the power
plug switch is turned on.

Please confirm the power cord is indeed plugged.

Please check whether the output voltage of socket
is proper.
