Removing the DVD mechanism assembly
(See Fig.4, 5)

• Prior to performing the following procedure, remove the metal

cover.

(1) Remove the three screws

attaching the DVD mecha-

nism assembly on top of the body.

(2) Disconnect connector CN502 and CN503 on the DVD ser-

vo board upward at the bottom of the DVD mechanism as-
sembly.
Bring up the DVD mechanism assembly and remove back-
ward.
