Remove the four screws A attaching the front panel 
on the front of the body.

Pull out the front panel toward the front.

Remove the two screws B  attaching the speaker 
(tweeter) on the front of the body.

Disconnect the wire from two speaker terminals of 
the speaker (tweeter).
