Controlling this unit externally

The control panel and the ON-SCREEN ADJUSTMENTS functions can be controlled via an external device such as a personal
computer.
Information on communication protocols and commands is available separately. For details, consult your JVC dealer.

Connection with a personal computer

Turn this unit and the personal computer off.

Connect the personal computer to the REMOTE IN connector on the rear panel of this unit with an RS-232C cable.

Turn this unit and the personal computer on.

Set the computer’s RS-232C communication settings as specified in the interface specifications.

Start up the control program on the computer.
