T he rem ote control is program m ed with V C R codes for power on, power off, play, stop, fast-forward,
rewind, pause, record, channel up, and channel down operation.
1) F ind the V C R brand from the list of codes shown below.
2) S lide the first 2-way selector switch to “T V ” and the other 2-way selector switch to “V C R ”.
3) P ress and hold down the D
IS P LAY
button.
4) W ith the D
IS P LAY
button held down, enter the first code num ber listed with the 10 key pad.
5) R elease the D
IS P LAY
button.
6) C onfirm the operation of the V C R .
• If your V C R does not respond to the first code, try the others listed. If it does not respond to any
code, try the S earch C odes F unction, on page 47.
• Some manufacturer’s VCR’s may not respond to the TV/VCR button, even if other buttons work properly.
