When operating in Business mode, the “Selling price” field is not valid. The cost of
the call appears in the “Buying price” field.
Check that the data corresponds to the call, i.e. that the extension shown is the right
one, that the duration is correct, that all the dialled digits appear, etc.
If this is the case, the format verification is completed.
Case 2:
No calls are printed, or only a few calls.
Possible explanations:

The originating extension has not been created.

This call type is TO BE REJECTED

The extension belongs to a department for which calls are not stored.

The date of the unit does not correspond to the date of the PBX.
