9 Troubleshooting

milk residues or
limescale fragments
loosened during
descaling�

Press the releasing devices and pull the

cover of the dual spout up and off�

Remove the milk system from the dual

spout�

Unscrew the black connector with the aid

of the hexagonal hole on the measuring
spoon for ground coffee�

Clean the connector thoroughly�

Screw the connector back on by hand�

Carefully tighten it using the hexagonal

hole on the measuring spoon, turning by no
more than a quarter of a rotation�

If you were unable to solve the problem, contact customer
support in your country (see chapter 13 ‘JURA contact
details / Legal information’)�
