7 Troubleshooting

Coffee only comes
out in drips when it is
being prepared.
The coffee is ground too
finely and obstructs the
system.

Set the grinder to a coarser setting

The water hardness may
not have been correctly
set.

very quiet.
The connector of the
hot-water nozzle may
be blocked by limescale
fragments loosened
during descaling.

Remove the hot-water nozzle.

Unscrew the black connector with
the aid of the hexagonal hole on the
measuring spoon for ground coffee.

Clean the connector thoroughly.
T
Screw the connector back on by hand.
T
Carefully tighten it using the hexagonal
hole on the measuring spoon, turning by
no more than a quarter of a rotation.
