Putting out the burner
Turn the valve knob all the way clockwise to
position LID OFF.
Disconnect the gas cylinder immediately.
Close the valve on the gas cylinder after use.
HOW TO USE
Warming-up
NOTE:
Carefully unpack the pizza stone. The pizza
stone is fragile and can easily break if it is
dropped or knocked.
1. The cooking takes place through radiant
heat – the pizza oven must therefore be
warmed up for 3 to 5 minutes before
cooking can start.
2. Wait until the thermometer shows 180
to 200°C, then put the pizza stone in the
middle of the oven and push it in all the
way.
3. Allow the pizza stone to warm up for 3 to
6 minutes.
Cooking
1. Check the temperature of the pizza stone
by splashing a few drops of water on it.
The pizza stone is hot enough if the water
quickly boils off.
2. Place the pizza in the middle of the pizza
stone with a pizza peel.
FIG. 16
3. Bake the pizza for 1 to 2 minutes and then
turn it a quarter turn with the pizza peel.
Continue turning a quarter turn every
45 to 60 seconds until the pizza is ready.
The normal baking time is about 3 to 6
minutes.

4. Take out the pizza.

MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
Allow the product to completely cool
before covering it over after use. Otherwise
