2. Press the flap on the filter inwards a little
to release the filter from the holder, and
then pull down the filter.

3. Clean the filter with hot soapy water.
Rinse and allow to dry before fitting. Do
not wash the filter in a dishwasher.
Fitting the air filter
1. Put the filter in the dehumidifier, press the
flap inwards and press up the filter.
2. Replace the water reservoir.
NOTE:
• Clean the casing and front with a soft,
oil-free cloth, or with a cloth moistened
with a mild detergent. Rinse and wipe
dry.
• Do not use strong abrasive detergents,
wax or polish on the front of the casing.
• Clean the control panel with a dry or
lightly moistened cloth. The penetration
of water can cause the electronic
components to stop working.
• Never use the dehumidifier without a
filter – dust and impurities will reduce
the performance of the dehumidifier.
STORAGE
If the dehumidifier is not going to be used for
some time:
1.
Switch off the dehumidifier, and empty
the water container after one day.
2. Clean the dehumidifier, the water
container and the air filter.
3. Wind up the power cord and secure with
the strap.

4. Cover the dehumidifier with a plastic bag.
5. Store the dehumidifier upright in a dry,
well-ventilated area.
NOTE:
Undo the screw on the lid of the water
container before cleaning and replace it
afterwards.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The troubleshooting guide is used to determine
the causes of common problems and how they
can be rectified. Contact your dealer if you
experience a problem that is not included in
this troubleshooting guide.
THE DEHUMIDIFIER WILL NOT
START
• The plug is not properly plugged into the
power point.
• The fuses have tripped.
• The set target humidity has been reached,
or the water container is full.
• The water container is not properly inserted.
THE AIR IS NOT DEHUMIDIFYING
PROPERLY
• The dehumidifier has not been working
long enough.
• The air flow to the dehumidifier is blocked
by furniture or curtains, etc.
• The target humidity is set too high.
• Doors, windows etc. have not been
closed.
• The room temperature is too low (lower
than 5°C).
• Something in the room is emitting
moisture.
THE DEHUMIDIFIER IS MAKING A
LOT OF NOISE
• The air filter is blocked.
• The dehumidifier is tilted.
• The surface is not horizontal.
