USE
This robust power metal cutter is used for cutting metal sheets, sheets of non-ferrous metal and other
similar sheets with thicknesses of up to 4 mm. Read these instructions carefully before use and save
them for future reference.
Cuts without sparks and produces a burr-free cut surface.
The direction can be changed through 360° during use.
Can be used to cut various shapes.
The blade and the lower block can be maintained by the user.
1.
Secure the metal sheet to a worktable.
2.
Secure the support handle to the machine.
3.
Hold one hand on the support handle and the other at the back
on the machine’s round plastic
casing.
4.
Move the power switch forward.
5.
Do not start cutting the material until the cutter has reached 1,000 rpm.
6.
Start cutting when the machine has reached the recommended speed.
7.
For some cutting operations, cutting oil is required in the event of extended usage.
NOTE!
Maintain an angle of 90° between the blade and the sheet that is to be cut.
Replacement of lower block
Undo the two hex screws (12) carefully with a hex key (5 mm) and replace with a repaired or new lower
block (10). Tighten the two screws (12).
Changing the blade
Undo the two hex screws (11) carefully with a hex key (5 mm) and remove the upper block (9). Undo the
sleeve with the spanner intended for the sleeve, and pull out the cylinder (6). Remove the old blade (4)
from the sleeve and replace with a repaired or new blade. Tighten the screws again.
