ASSEMBLY
DISMANTLING SANDING ARM
1.
Set the control for belt tensioning (5) in the
forward position.
2.
Remove the control (6).
3.
Remove the spring (11).
INSTALLING SANDING ARM
1.
Install the spring (11).
2.
Install the sanding arm (4).
3.
Install the belt tensioning screw (6) and
tighten until the sanding arm is aligned
with the machine.
INSTALLING SANDING BELT
1.
Set the control for belt tensioning (5) in the
forward position.
2.
Remove the old belt.
3.
Install the new belt (12) with the arrow in
the direction of movement and as
illustrated. Place the belt over the rollers
(13) and (14), and in the groove in the
housing.
4.
Set the control for belt tensioning (5) in the
rear position.
ADJUSTMENT OF TRACKING
Start the machine and turn the knob (6) until the
belt (12) is straight.
