OPERATION
CAUTION: Always unplug the appliance from the mains socket before
inserting or removing the blades.
WARNING: the blades are extremely sharp. Always be careful when
handling them.
Before first use, wash the blades in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry them
thoroughly.
Slide the rivet on one blade into the keyhole slot on the other blade.
Hold the safety guards and insert the blades into the handle until a click
is heard.
Check each blade is locked in place by gently pulling on the guard to
ensure the blades do not come out.
Place the food to be sliced on a cutting board. Plug the appliance into
the mains socket.
Press the power button to slice.
The blades should remain parallel to the surface of the cut.
On releasing the button, the knife blades will stop.
The knife can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 3
minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature before further use.
TO REMOVE THE BLADES
Unplug the appliance, then press the blade release button while
pinching the protections and pull to remove them

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains socket,
carefully remove the blades and separate them. Wash the knife blades in
hot soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Clean the handle with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleanser.
When not in use, store the device in a place where neither high
temperatures nor moisture can affect it.
