Check whether the inner lid is installed.

Check whether the rice-to-water ratio matches with the water line indicated.
(Water is insufficient.)
Check whether the surface of the aluminum cover for the pot bottom
sensor is deformed.

Check whether there is foreign body on the contacting surface between
the bottom of the inner pot and the top of the sensor.

mobile phone.
Check whether the version of APP is the latest version.
Check whether the Wi-Fi intensity is strong enough.
Check whether the rice cooker is in the cooking process.
Check whether Wi-Fi connection is normal.
