• Lack of electricity

• Check the electrical connection between the socket

on the back of the heater and the connecting cable to

the mains is carried out properly.

• Check that the fuse in the electrical socket is intact.

• Check that the terminals of the electrical wiring of the

heater are well implanted in the unit.

• Make sure it is properly connected, the red wire to +

terminal of the controller and the probe is a thermo-

couple type J.

• Adjust dosing time and speed pellet extractor hoods

for food and keep the flame properly. 

• The Pellet tank is empty, restore the contents.

• Contact Technical Support for flow control and speed

PELLET smoke ventilation.

• Check flow pellets.

• Check the correct position of the sensing element of

the thermostat. (See drawings of the user manual).

• Check the correct setting of the thermostat.

• Adjust the flow of pellet at maximum power, may be

out parameter.

• The flow rates of pellets and smoke extractor fan

speed according to the calorific value of pellets.

• Make sure to clean the chimney -•

Verify the location of the chimney, no special winding

(see user manual)..

• Check if the fan fumes

• Adjust the calibration work in the new limit of work

pressure, ensuring the pull at maximum power.

• Close the door of the tank and pellet stove.
