Remove the appliance parts from the
package and dispose of the packaging
components according to the law. Check
that the product is intact and that all
components are present. In the event of
obvious anomalies or transport damage,
do not use the appliance, but contact the
retailer or an authorized service center.
ISTRUZIONI D’USO
Place the curling iron on its support or
on a surface resistant to temperature and
plug it in.
Turn on the appliance by sliding the switch
(F) to the position corresponding to the
desired temperature, high (Hl) or low (LO}
For a perfect hairstyle do not use hai-
rspray or gel before or during styling, you
can use them of course later.
We advise you to take a lock of hair before
starting styling dry, not wider than 5 cm.
Brush it to make it soft while holding tip it
up with one hand.
Taking one strand at a time, put the tip
on the bar with the pliers open, close the
device making sure that the tip of the hair
protrudes slightly from the bar itself.
Grab the safety tip with the other hand
and it will be easier to roll up your hair.
Keep the lock of hair pulled while winding
it by turning the curling iron with one hand
and the tip of the appliance with the other.
Wrap the curl towards the scalp as you like
being careful not to touch it with the hot
bar.
Hold the curl in place for about 20 secon-
ds if you want thick curls or if your hair is
difficult to curl.
Keep it for less time though your hair
they are easier to curl.
When you are ready release the curl ago-
letting him make a half turn (for hair long,
unroll them a little more) and press on the
handle lever to open it.
Now withdraw the bar from the center of
the curl.
Let the latter cool and try not to touch it
while proceeding in the same way for the
rest of the head.
When you are done completely and all the
curls will have cooled down, combed or
brush your hair the way you do you want.
Important: During the first few minutes of
operation you will notice the leak of smo-
ke or smell: this is normal, it will disappear
after a few minutes.
CLEANING
Disconnect the appliance from the electri-
cal outlet and let it cool.
The unit should only be cleaned when it
is cold.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the
handle.
Do not let water or any other liquid enter
the appliance.
Before using the appliance again, or be-
fore storing it, make sure that all the wet
cleaned parts are completely dry.
STORAGE
Disconnect the appliance from the electri-
cal outlet and allow it to cool, store it in its
box or in a clean and dry place.
Never wrap the cable around the unit.
Never hang the appliance from the power
cord.
