PRACTICAL TIPS
The turntable plate N must always be in
position
Use appropriate containers for microwa
ve cooking.
To check the “transparency” of a container
to microwave, you can run a simple test.
Place the empty container on the turntable
plate N with a full glass of water. Select
the maximum power H and warm up for a
minute. If after this operation the contai
ner is cold it means that it is transparent
and can be used with microwaves. On the
contrary, if it is hot, it means it is absor
bent and cannot be used for this type of
cooking.
Remove any exudates (water or blood)
that form during defrosting halfway throu
gh the operation to prevent heating up
around the food.
Avoid using metal material in your micro
wave oven such as cutlery, staples on the
packaging, plates with golden decorations
or metal plates, trays and aluminum tins.)
CLEANING
The microwave oven is more effective
when it is clean, therefore your appliance
should be cleaned regularly.
External surfaces: DO NOT use solvents,
bleach, ammonia, abrasive products, etc.
Door and cavity walls: use a cloth or
sponge with nonabrasive detergents and
then dry.
DO NOT try to dismantle the door in any
way. If the door and its frame were dama
ged, do not use the microwave and con
tact an authorized service center.
If you notice spots of grease or dried fo
ods, boil half a liter of water for 5 minutes
in the cavity, with the microwave function.
The steam will soften the residues making
cleaning easier.
If necessary, remove the turntable plate N
and the rotation ring F to clean the base of
the cavity R. The turntable plate N can be
washed with dishwashing products or in
the dishwasher.
MAINTENANCE
This oven does not contain any part that
can be removed by the user.
It is extremely dangerous to carry out any
type of repair or replacement, you should
always contact an authorized Johnson ser
vice center. If you plan to not use the oven
for a long period of time, disconnect the
power supply and move the oven to a dry
and dustfree place.
The presence of dust or humidity inside
the oven can affects its operation.
