fuse is damaged
The main purpose is to measure if the input end voltage has
output voltage (AC110V or AC220V) after passing through the filter;
if there is no voltage, check if the fuse is burned (
The power must
be off when measuring the fuse )
When the fuse is not burned, and there is still no output voltage,
replace the filter
