4.6.3

Disassembly of drive assembly

Disconnect the pump from the motor.

Remove key (0611).

Remove the air breather (0850) with sealing ring (0855)
and plug (0870) with sealing ring (0875). Drain the oil in an appropriate reservoir.

Unscrew the cap nuts (0455) in the access opening between hydraulic part and
bearings.

Remove the end cover (0120) with V-seal (0881) to the back.

Remove O-ring (0181) from the rotor case.

TW1

Loosen the screws (0520) cross-wise in several steps to
release the locking elements (0651) from the gear.

TW2, TW3, TW4

Loosen the screws of the locking assembly
(0652) crosswise in several steps to
release it from the gear.The locking
assembly is self-releasing.

Remove the gear (0190) together with
the locking assembly (0652) from the shaft.
(For TW1 locking elements (0651)).

Do this on both shafts.

10. Remove the screws (0510) from the

bearing holder (0121).

11. Screw 2 bolts in the 2 threaded holes in

the flanges of the bearing holder.

12. Tighten the bolts crosswise to pull the

bearing holder (0121) together with the
shaft and both bearings out of the rotor case.

13. Remove the shim (0171).

14. Do this on both shafts.
