VERITAS Advanced Infusion Tubing Pack

The VERITAS Advanced Infusion Tubing Pack (VRT-AI) (

) includes all the features

of the Advanced Fluidics Tubing Pack and allows for the activation of the Advanced Infusion
mode to increase irrigation pressure beyond what is supplied by gravity alone. The increase
in irrigation pressure is achieved by adding pressurized air (equivalent to 30 cm of bottle
height) into the balanced salt solution bottle. Compared to gravity-only tubing packs, the
Advanced Infusion feature allows greater irrigation pressure at the same IV pole height.
