Hoyer 4-point Sling Information
Warning:
Torn, cut, frayed or broken slings could
fail resulting in serious injury or death to patient.
Use slings in good condition only. Destroy and
discard old, unusable slings.
Note:
Do not use any other manufacturer’s sling
with the HPL402 Lifter.
Note:
Do not use Hoyer slings with any other
manufacturer’s lift.
