Reinstall the air intake tube.

Reinstall the metal brackets with the five factory nuts, but
without the outer enclosure brackets.

One person can hold the Flat Bracket squarely in place with
a pair of channel lock pliers while another can firmly tighten
the 3/8 -16 x 1-3/4” Hex Bolt from the engine bay.
Repeat
Steps 15-19
for the opposite side.
S T E P 2 3
Reinstall the upper carpeted panel, allowing the 3/8 - 16 x
1-3/4” Hex Bolts to pass through the holes cut in the previous
step.
S T E P 1 8
Have a second person thread a Flat Bracket over the 3/8 - 16
x 1-3/4” Hex Bolt.
S T E P 2 2
Cut a 1/2” hole in the panel as shown.
S T E P 1 7
The 3/8” Nylon Washer should center the 3/8 - 16 x 1-3/4 Hex
Bolt in the hole.
S T E P 2 1
Locate the indicated indentation on the under side of the
upper carpeted panel.
