OPERATION IN USERS AND HRC PROGRAM
USER PROGRAM
STEP 1:
Choose U1 or U2 by pressing SPEED FAST or SLOW button.
STEP 2:
Press ENTER button, 1st range of profile, incline on 0%, and speed on 0.8 will be flashing.
STEP 3:
Press INCLINE UP, DOWN button and SPEED FAST, SLOW button to set incline and speed for 1st
range.
STEP 4:
Press ENTER button to enter and jump to 2nd range. Repeat above procedures to set all 16 ranges.
STEP 5:
Press ENTER button, time flashes, press SPEED FAST, SLOW button to set time.
STEP 6:
Press START button to start exercise.
HEART RATE CONTROL (HRC) PROGRAM
STEP 1:
Choose H1 (or H2) by pressing SPEED FAST or SLOW button.
STEP 2:
Press ENTER button, AGE: 30 & 114 (or 142) on pulse window flashes, press UP, DOWN or FAST,
SLOW button to set your age from 10
–
70 years old.
STEP 3:
Press ENTER button, figure on pulse window flashes, press UP, DOWN or FAST, SLOW button to set
desired target heart rate.
STEP 4:
Press ENTER button to enter and TIME window flashes, press UP, DOWN or FAST, SLOW button to
set desired work out time, then press ENTER button to enter.
STEP 5:
Press START button to start exercise.
HRC profiles:
A. Actual heart rate is 1 - 5 beats more than target heart rate
B. Actual heart rate is 6 - 10 beats more than target heart rate.
