SEAT ADJUSTMENT :
Proper seat adjustment is critical to exercise efficiently
and avoid the risk of injury. To determine whether the
seat is in proper position, place one pedal in the down
position and enter your foot over the center of the pedal.
Your leg should be only slightly bent. If you are stretching
or your leg isn't extended sufficiently, the seat should be
adjusted as required. After adjusting it is very important
to make sure that the seat locking pin is securely locked
into position.
1. To adjust the height of seat simply turn the adjustable
knob loose. Then pull the knob and move the seat up
or down to the desired height.
2. To adjust the seat position. Turn the fixing knob loose
then pull the knob to move the seat to the desired
position. Then fix the fixing knob.
LEVELING:
After completing the installation, if the floor/equipment is not even, adjust foot pads
under rear stabilizers to level the frame.
Operating Instruction
RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT:
Pedaling resistance is controlled by the tension knob located under the handlebar. To increase
resistance, turn the tension knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn the tension knob
counter clockwise.
HANDLEBAR ADJUSTMENT:
To adjust height of handlebar, simply turn the ADJUSTABLE
KNOB loose then pull the knob and move handlebar post up
or down to the desired height.
CHAIN ADJUSTMENT:
The chain on this bike has been pre-adjusted and should not require immediate attention.
Continuously use of bike may cause the chain become loose and need to be adjusted.
When to adjust chain:
1. In riding the bike, if you found swing of chain that caused noise that meant chain was too
loose. If it is too loose, it not only causes noise, but chain might fall loose from the frame.
2. If you rode the bike without putting any break on the wheel but found some tension on the
bike that meant the chain was too tight. It will cause more friction and become easily worn
out between chain and related parts.
