DO NOT use this Via if it has been in an accident
unless it meets the criteria for a minor crash as set
by the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA).
1-According to NHTSA, a crash is minor if it meets ALL
of the following:
2-the vehicle was able to be driven away from the
crash site;
3-the vehicle door nearest the safety seat was
undamaged;
4-there were no injuries to any of the vehicle occupants;
5-the air bags (if present) did not deploy; AND
6-there is no visible damage to the safety seat.
In addition, please contact your insurance company.
Your insurance company may provide some assistance
replacing this infant seat if the accident doesn't meet the
above criteria.
