Please do not pull the device out of OBD II port during reset process,
or the device will be damaged and cannot be recovered any more.

i. Account Login issue
Please call Jio Customer Care for help.
ii. User cannot establish a Wi-Fi connection
iii. User is connected with JCR 110 but not able to access
internet
• Please check that the Wi-Fi LED is in “ON” status (Blue) on your
JCR 110.
• Refresh the network list in Wi-Fi Settings on your Smart phone
/ Laptop/ Tablet and select the correct SSID of JCR 110.
• Type in the correct Wi-Fi Password when trying to connect
the device.
• Please check if the user is connected to JCR 110
SSID (Wi-Fi LED is Blue and slow blinking).
• Make sure your SIM card is properly inserted. (LTE LED is Green
