3. Turn the power at the rear of the instrument to the "on" state

standby state.
4. Long press the panel power button to turn on the power
In the standby state, the panel power button light is red. Press the panel power button, the power is
turned on, the screen is lit, and the panel button light is green.
5. Set the test parameters (see section 2.2 for details)
