Customizing the desktop 

Set up your computer to suit your needs. If you do not like the colors or the fonts 
on the screen, you can change them by clicking a blank area of the desktop with 
the secondary button, then clicking Properties. This causes Windows Millennium 
Edition to open the Display Properties window. On the Appearance tab you can 
set the color scheme for the desktop.
