INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

5 Having placed the burner tray in the
frame supplied, push to the back of
the convector box, making sure that
there is enough space between the
front edge of the burner tray and gas
front to allow the ceramics to sit in
the correct position. Adjustment on
the support legs on the burner may
be required.
6 Open the gas supply and test for leaks
as far as the valve, attaching a
manometer or U gauge to the test
nipple, making sure that the little screw
on the test nipple is screwed tightly
back in place when testing has finished.
The dynamic pressure should read 28
MBar. If the pressure is lower, check
the regulator on the cylinder and test
all joints on the pipe-work and burner
with an electronic gas leak detector
or leak test fluid. Rectify and test again.
7 Fit the gas front.
