Smoker valve
The ECU can directly control a smoker valve for injection of smoke fluid (e.g. diesel oil)
in the exhaust blast.
The smoker valve is of the same type as used for the fuel shut off.
The function of the smoker valve can be defined in the
Limits menu

The possible option for the parameter
