Claim Process

The following procedure is followed in the event of a Blower System or other component failure:

Contact the JetAir Service Department to report the failure at 805-654-7000  (USA)

JetAir will then email or fax a “Warranty Claim Information” form to be completed by the customer and faxed or

emailed back to JetAir

If there is a valid warranty claim, then JetAir will email or fax a “Return Authorization”  (RA) form to the

customer

The Customer will crate and ship door-to-door, prepaid and insured, the failed component(s) with RA attached

back to JetAir at customer’s expense.  Any components damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging or

freight handling are the responsibility of the customer.

If an immediate replacement component is required by the customer, the customer must issue a Purchase Order

for the replacement item(s) and JetAir will make best efforts to ship the replacement within 24-48hrs.

JetAir, upon receipt of the warranty claim component, will evaluate the component for a root cause of failure and

will provide a written report indicating reason(s) causing the failure with corrective action recommendations

within 30 days of receipt of the components.

Failures due to workmanship and material defects are covered under warranty as described herein.  JetAir will

either replace or repair the defective component at its discretion.  In this case, a Credit Memo will be issued

against the customer’s Purchase Order resulting in no net charges.

Additional Applicable Warranty

JetAir makes no warranties for non-JetAir branded products, services, maintenance or support.   Such products, services,

maintenance or support is provided by JetAir "as is" and any third-party warranties, services, maintenance and support are

provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, not by JetAir.   JetAir makes no express warranties except those stated

in JetAir’s applicable JetAir branded warranty or service description in effect on the date of the invoice, packing slip or

acknowledgement. JetAir-branded warranties and services are effective on payment in full, and JetAir is not obligated to

honor any warranty or provide service unless JetAir receives payment in full within the payment terms stated on your

invoice.   JetAir may request cancellation of third-party-branded services, maintenance or support if JetAir does not receive

payment.   If you purchase third-party-branded product, services, maintenance, or support through JetAir, then those

third-party terms, conditions, and expressed warranties apply.

There are no warranties, express or implied by either distributor, manufacturers’ representative or original equipment

manufacturer (OEM) on new JetAir branded equipment except the warranty against defects in material and workmanship

described herein.

Terms and Conditions

certifying, or approving specifications, design, or construction of end user applications involving JetAir branded and non-

branded equipment sold by JetAir.   Further, JetAir is not responsible for the success or failure of JetAir Blower system(s) as

installed per your specification, only for JetAir branded product failures due to workmanship and material defects as
