4. Model JT1-125: After drilling holes, insert ten M5 x
25mm carriage bolts. Open both doors completely and
allow them to rest on the carriage bolt heads. Attach
the 5mm washers and 5mm external-tooth lock nuts for
the side and bottom bolt locations. Firmly tighten these
nuts. Stand the cart onto its wheels and attach the 5mm
washers and 5mm nuts onto the two carriage bolts
located above the hinges. Tighten firmly.
Model JT1-126: After drilling holes, insert six M5 x
25mm carriage bolts along the sides of the panel. Insert
four M5 x 30mm carriage bolts in the top and bottom
locations. Open both doors completely and allow them to
rest on the carriage bolt heads. Attach the 5mm wash-
ers and 5mm external-tooth lock nuts for the side and
bottom bolt locations. Firmly tighten these nuts. Stand
the cart onto its wheels and attach the 5mm washers
and 5mm nuts onto the two carriage bolts located above
the hinges. Tighten firmly.
