Tools Needed
Refer to Assembly Illustration (Figure 1) on Page 3
The following items are needed to properly and safely install
the LOAD-N-LOCK™ Utility Cart Security System panels.
• Approved eye protection
• Corded or cordless drill
• 7/32” drill bit
• 8mm socket or wrench
This product is NOT intended for the secure
storage of ALL materials. LOAD-N-LOCK™ Utility
Cart Security System panels provide significantly
enhanced storage security, but may still be sub-
ject to resin cart structure and mobility vulnera-
bilities. Items such as firearms, other weapons,
combustible materials, and medication should not
be stored in this unit. Use common sense when
determining what items are stored in the cart and
what environment the cart will be used.
Reference the owner’s manual for the cart for
additional safety information about the safe use
and handling of the cart.
Be aware of the stated cart weight capacity due
to the added weight of the LOAD-N-LOCK™ Utility
Cart Security System panels.
Do not store fuel, flammable liquids and gases,
other flammable materials, or other hazardous
materials in the cart.
Make sure cart door is securely latched when
transporting.
Do not modify the LOAD-N-LOCK™ Utility Cart
Security System panels in any way. Modification
or unintended use of this product will void all
manufacturer warranty and could pose a hazard
to the user or others.
Use approved eye protection when drilling screw
holes.
