Gide post adjustment:
The guide post is adjusted ex works.
It should be parallel to the sawblade, thus the guide bearing
remain a constant relationship to the blade.
For adjustment, slightly loosen the screws (O, Fig 40) and turn
the set screws (P) gently as needed.

7.5 Blade guide adjustment
Blade guide adjustment shall never be performed when the
machine is running.
Upper blade guide:
Loosen the lock knob (F, Fig 42).
Position the guide assembly forward/ backward so that the
teeth keep a distance of approximately 2mm to the guide
rollers (Fig 41).
Loosen the lock knob (I, Fig 42).
Adjust the back guide roller so that the distance to the saw
blade is 1mm (Fig 41) .

Lower blade guide:
Loosen the lock knob (L, Fig 44).
Position the guide assembly forward/ backward so that the
teeth keep a distance of approximately 2mm to the guide
rollers (Fig 41).
Loosen the knurled nut (O, Fig 45).
Adjust the back guide roller with the adjust screw (P) so that
the distance to the saw blade is 1mm (Fig 41).
